Scope of Works

Renovation and enhancement of existing garden space, including structural alterations, repairs, landscaping, planting and lighting improvements.

• Removal of specified sections of concrete/turf to expand borders, backfilling with peat-free compost and planting a selection of drought tolerant mediterranean plant species.

• Removal of pizza oven.

• Removal of decking boards on three existing steps, and replacement with new hardwood decking board.

• Replacement of garden lighting.

• Installation of a new drip irrigation system with timer.

• Pruning and addition of supports to existing citrus trees.

• Pruning of the Bougainvillea on the pergola.
